EU Justice Insight is a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme that aims to enhance awareness and understanding of EU law and the judicial system, with a particular focus on the structure and work of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The project seeks to address the public’s limited knowledge and common misunderstandings regarding the CJEU and other institutions, such as the European Court of Human Rights.
Targeting young people, especially students in law, political science, and journalism, EU Justice Insight encourages a deeper exploration of EU justice. It features a multimedia educational platform that includes interactive tools and a comprehensive database of CJEU judgments.
Through various activities, including field trips to Luxembourg, simulations of court proceedings, and a final conference, EU Justice Insight offers practical experiences and learning opportunities for young individuals and professionals interested in law, journalism, and civic engagement.
