Agora NextGen visual

Agora NextGen is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to promoting active citizenship, political literacy, and youth engagement through digital innovation and gamification. The project addresses the increasing democratic disengagement among young people by providing them with tools to better understand political systems, critically evaluate campaigns, and actively participate in civic life. Through the simulation of democratic processes and the development of creative educational materials, it empowers both youth and youth workers to become agents of positive change. Key outcomes of the project include the creation of a media library, a gamified simulation of election campaigns, and guidebooks that explore political participation and civic advocacy. The project brings together expertise from various fields to engage youth from diverse backgrounds and regions.

Key outcomes

  • The Agora NextGen simulation game – helping young people understand democratic processes through interactive gameplay.
