Circles is an Erasmus+ project aimed at empowering young people and youth workers with knowledge and skills in circular economy, environmental sustainability, and digital transformation. By linking economic sustainability to active citizenship, Circles offers an innovative learning experience that incorporates gamification and community engagement. At the heart of the project is CycleQuest, a video game that introduces players to the principles of the circular economy through interactive storytelling and decision-making. The game challenges young people to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios, helping them understand the environmental and economic impact of their actions. In addition to the game, the project will create a curriculum for youth workers and a university syllabus to support both formal and non-formal education on circular economy concepts. Local community projects will allow participants to put theory into practice, promoting civic engagement and sustainability throughout Europe.
